Personal Fitness Trainers with more than 50 years of combined professional experience. During this time we have had the pleasure of meeting the personal wellness and fitness goals of thousands by bridging the gap between science and practical application.

With nearly 30 years of practical experience motivating everyone from children to seniors to professional athletes, Dwain feels blessed to be recognized as one of the industry's most successful personal fitness professionals and life coaches. He is the developer and innovator of the Dynamic Fitness Lifestyle(TM) and is one of Hollywood's original personal trainers coming out of Gold's Gym in Venice, California.

Doris has been a personal trainer since 1999 and assisting Dwain in some fashion for most of their years together. She was an integral part of Dwain's success during his years as a world class bodybuilder, personal fitness trainer and nutrition manager to the stars during their years of operating DESIGNER BODIES out of Southern California, more specifically... Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu. Doris though never competitive in fitness or figure competitions has been able to live life fit and trim in spite of her commitment to their 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Nikko has been living dynamically and training under his parents guidance since the age of 8, mostly for football. With football behind him he is now training and studying with the ultimate goals of attaining his Phd. in Exercise Science and becoming a professional natural bodybuilder. Nikko has been assisting his parents at DESIGNER BODIES while also attending and participating at national level fitness conferences since his early teens. His determination to one day follow in his father's foot steps and his ability to motivate people to dig deep inside themselves has already earned himself quite the reputation within the DESIGNER BODIES "Biggest Changer's" circle.
